Items couriered within New Zealand will be delivered to the address specified within 3 – 7 working days after receiving the order.

For international orders, delivery times will vary, you will be contacted with an estimated time of arrival. Goods delivered internationally may be subject to the relevant duties and taxes applied by the country of delivery. These duties and taxes shall be the responsibility of the recipient of the goods.

Online orders are dispatched Tuesday to Friday  There may be some delay with public holidays. Shipping is charged on an order weight/size basis or for smaller items on a reset package size. In some cases we will contact you with additional shipping costs or a quote for your item, which will need to be paid before dispatch.

We pride on our packing for safe delivery so it takes time and materials to make sure your artwork gets to you safely and in one piece. We use recycled materials where we can.

Once the order has been collected by our courier, you will be notified by us of your track and trace number, so you can follow the parcel's movements. For security purposes, a signature will be required upon delivery of your order. Should no one be present at the premises to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and the parcel will be available for collection as outlined on the calling card.
